He will also include you on things he may see even if its not in his scope to repair, so that you can get it fixed. Kelly (the owner) took the time to listen to what we wanted and explain the process to us step by step. He did not try to sell us more than we wanted done and returned our phone calls promptly. He provided a written contract for the work that was straightforward, clear to understand and fair to both parties. Kelly kept us informed on the progress of the crew and spent time on-site making sure things went smoothly. His crew was quick, hardworking and acted in a professional manner. Design Roof Services removed the existing shingles, made repairs to the decking and fascia, installed new shingles and drip edge. The old roofing materials were collected in tarps laid on the ground, the ground was raked and the area was swept with a magnet numerous times for nails.
