You will not find a more honest and dependable company to work on anything to do with roofing. He has a crew but is always onsite to ensure everything goes smooth. He will follow up to make sure the work he did is complete and will fix anything that he finds. He will also include you on things he may see even if its not in his scope to repair, so that you can get it fixed. I called him and he was out the next day for an estimate and started repairs within a day of me signing the agreement. Awesome company - and Kelly is the real deal!

Design Roof Services is one of those rare companies that does what it says its going to do, on time and on budget. Kelly (the owner) took the time to listen to what we wanted and explain the process to us step by step. He did not try to sell us more than we wanted done and returned our phone calls promptly. Kelly kept us informed on the progress of the crew and spent time on-site making sure things went smoothly. His crew was quick, hardworking and acted in a professional manner. Design Roof Services removed the existing shingles, made repairs to the decking and fascia, installed new shingles and drip edge. The old roofing materials were collected in tarps laid on the ground, the ground was raked and the area was swept with a magnet numerous times for nails. I would recommend without hesitation using Design Roof Services for my future roofing needs.
